Stylist to the stars, Rachel Zoe, is launching her QVC-sponsored jewelry line under the tents during New York Fashion Week.

What big name designer did she beat out for the spot?

For¬†fashion followers, Rachel Zoe’s name is synonymous with everything hip, trendy and ‘to die for’. As one of the most sought after celebrity stylists (Debra Messing, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan are some of her acolytes), the ultra-thin style-maker is obviously an appealing and worthy choice to be the force and face behind her own jewelry line. Partnering with QVC (and beating out Betsey Johnson for the spot) Zoe will unveil her new accessories under the tents at New York Fashion week in October. The line includes jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, bags – a “ton of stuff,” Zoe said in a conference call to reporters. “I think [every woman] should have a selection of basic jewelry. You know, a great, like, statement necklace, a great pair of earrings, a big ring.” And for those of you, like our editors, who got sucked into her reality show, The Rachel Zoe Project, the second season debuts Monday, August 24th on Bravo.
