‘Fangs are the new skulls’ according to the fashion set, and Nordstrom is answering the call with their highly anticipated Twilight apparel and jewelry collection. Tweens? Time to loosen those purse strings.

Twilight fans have a new dark knight in shining armor: Nordstrom is launching their New Moon apparel and jewelry collection to satisfy the fashion leanings of the vampire set.

The fashion-forward line will be available in the BP department at
Nordstrom stores on October 15th – a good month before fans bum rush the theater for the movie’s premiere on November 20th.

The jewelry collection includes silver and gold-plated fashion necklaces, bracelets, and earrings inspired by the vampire series. “I love Edward” and “I love Jacob” heart pendants hang from chains, and charm bracelets and key fobs feature film-related charms including Bella’s truck, Jacob’s motorcycle, vampire family crests, a moon, wolf and feather.

“We hope to bring the Twilight experience into our stores through fashion for our customers,” said Loretta Soffe, Nordstrom executive vice president and general merchandise manager for women’s apparel.

“The line allows customers to show their love for the film by creating a whole look with pieces from the collection or combining with other merchandise to create a unique look of their own.”

So whether you’re partial to werewolves or prefer the pasty pallor of the undead, Nordstrom has the perfect way to show the world what creature of the night you’d like to party with.
