From Nine’s glittering premiere to the sparkling costume design, high-end jewelery house, Chopard, is putting a diamond glow on the season’s most anticipated new film.

Diamond jewelry lit up the red carpet in New York this week, as the A-list stars of Nine rocked the Chopard-sponsored premiere at the Ziegfeld Theater in superstar style.

Mother-daughter duos dominated, with Kate Hudson and Goldie Hawn sporting Chopard diamonds with their black and white couture. And Madonna and daughter, Lourdes, showed their support in Dolce & Gabbana (big surprise) with mom in a (big surprise) diamond cross necklace and daughter in (big surprise) plenty of lace and layered chains.

Golden Globe nominee, Penelope Cruz, dazzled in red Chanel and diamond cluster earrings; and fellow nom, Marion Cotillard, looked lovely in white Dior with black beaded Chopard strands.

Finally, castmember, Nicole Kidman sported a puffball Prada cocktail dress with Chopard diamond danglers and Fergie in Marchesa Resort glittered in a diamond cuff to die for.

Chopard, a longtime supporter of the film industry as a main sponsor of the Cannes Film Festival, put their top design team on the job to create a signature Nine jewelry line and bejeweled the cast in diamond creations you can see in the film.

If the Golden Globe and SAG nominations are any indication, we’ll be seeing a lot more Chopard jewelry on the red carpets come award season. Nine opens nationwide on Christmas Day.
