Kim Kardashian is partnering with one of jewelry’s biggest names to bring a third bauble collection bearing her name to life.
Celebrity jewelry lines are a dime a dozen these days, with everyone from New York Housewives to Elvis’s ex getting in on the act. But Kim Kardashian is grabbing the lion’s share of the spotlight with not one or two – but three jewelry collections that bear her name.
Kardashian has already collaborated with her sisters on a jewelry line with Virgins, Saints
and Angels and has a line of high-end earrings with Loren Jewels (the designer responsible for Eva Longoria Parker’s stunning Emmy chandeliers). But this time, she’s partnering with the man who made Nicole Richie and Heidi Klum jewelry juggernauts, Pascal Mouawad.
This latest costume jewelry collection “Kim Kardashian’s Belle Noel by Pascal Mouawad”, will launch in January 2011 with a 75-piece line to be sold in department stores, specialty stores and select online venues.
Kardashian explained her inspiration came from costume jewelry designs of the 1930s and will include both smaller everyday pieces and more lavish statement jewels. The prices will range from a reasonable $11-$150.
